- Course outlines:
- Introduction to phases of an ISO 9000 implementation project,
- Introduction to needs for having a quality system documented,
- Introduction to different types of documents required by ISO 9001:2000,
- Guidance on development of specific types of documents required by ISO 9001:2000,
- Guidance on implementation of documents for a quality system,
- Combination of instruction with group discussions and exercises,
- Written examination.
