• We perform gap assessment and together with our client plan for the project:
  • Assessing current activities and processes for social management,
  • Identifying gaps between current practices and SA 8000,
  • Together with our client plan for the implementation phases.
• We assist our client in developing the social accountability system:
  • Training on SA 8000 requirements,
  • Training on developing and documentation for the social accountability system,
  • Working with functions within our client to develop establishment and documentation plan,
  • Assisting in development of particular document,
  • Periodically reviewing documents developed and documentation plan,
  • Reviewing and revising final draft of documents before approval.
• We assist our client in application of the documentation developed:
  • Training for all staff on general awareness to facilitate the application process,
  • Assisting functions in application of particular documents,
  • Assisting functions to revise and update the documentation and solve any issue arising from application of the documentation.
• We assist our client in auditing and improvement of the social accountability system:
  • Training on internal audit,
  • Assisting in internal auditing,
  • Assisting functions in taking corrective actions and making improvements,
  • Assisting audit team in verification of corrective actions and improvement implemented.
• We assist our client in preparation for certification process:
  • Providing our client with information on accredited certification bodies,
  • Assisting our client in contacting and application for certification,
  • Assisting our client in pre-audit (if there’s one) and certification audit,
  • Assisting our clients in taking corrective actions and implementing improvements  for findings from certification audit and verifying those,
  • Assisting our clients in maintaining and improvement of social accountability system after certification.
